• Where is the store based?

• What mail service is used to send the package?

  All packages are sent via Priority Mail of the National Postal Service. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the web site where you can track the progress once your package is sent.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  It takes around 3 to 7 days to process your order. I’m creating, processing and shipping everything myself so allow me some time to prepare everything properly for you.

  Estimated time of delivery:

  Ukraine: 2-3 business days.

  Europe: 6-10 business days.

  United States & Worldwide: 18-60 business days.

  All items are shipped via Priority Post registered mail (by Air mail and with Tracking Number).

  IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 National Postal Service is forced to use combined shipping methods (planes and trains) which might lead to shipment delays (sometimes significant). Please be patient with your order, these are hard times for everyone and we're adjusting the best way we can ♥

• How much is handling and shipping?

  I personally number, sign, package and ship every print.
  
  A4 prints arrive packaged in a bubble-wrap protected parcel envelope. Each print is additionally protected with a piece of cardboard and a cover sheet.

  Cost: $10 (handling and shipping)

  A3 prints arrive rolled in a sturdy tube, each additionally protected by a cover sheet.

  Cost: $12 (handling and shipping)

  A4 format measures – 297 x 210 mm - 11,7 x 8,3 in
  A3 format measures – 420 x 297 mm - 16,5 x 11,7 in

• What is the difference btw OPEN, LIMITED and COLLECTOR editions?

  OPEN EDITION prints are constantly on re-print. If they're sold out and there's still demand for them - they go back in print.
  Open Edition print measures 210 x 297 mm / 8.3 x 11.7 in.

  Open Edition are signed by the artist. They are not numbered.

  LIMITED EDITION is exactly what the name says - there's a limited number of prints available. Once they're sold out - gone forever. This kind of print will never again be printed on this kind of paper in this very format.
  Limited Edition print measures 297 x 420 mm / 11.7 x 16.5 in.

  Limited Edition are signed and numbered by the artist.

  HAND EMBELLISHED belong to the collector type of prints. They come hand-painted with acrylics where the artist picks on the small details of the painting and paints on top. This creates a unique effect and one of a kind print.

  Hand-embellished print measures 297 x 420 mm / 11.7 x 16.5 in.

  Collector Edition are signed and numbered by the artist.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do!

• Via what postal service the package is sent?

  All packages are sent via Priority Mail of the National Postal Service. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the web site where you can track the progress once your package is sent.
